Integrated Society for Rays of Hope (RISH) is a regionally based non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental development organization (NGO) that was established in the year of 2003 by a few like-minded social workers to improve the socio-economic & health condition of the rural targeted poor families especially ultra poor.

RISH has three principal management organs through which the entire activity of the organization has been managed. Organs are the General Committee, Executive Committee, and Advisory Committee. There is a general body consisting of 30 members. They sit together twice a year to discuss their ongoing activities and prepare plans. There is also an Executive committee consisting of 9 members forming through regular elections every 2-year interval according to the approved constitution by the registration authority. The executive body sits together in each quarter as their quarterly meeting regularly. But to meet any emergency, the executive committee sits with the general and advisory body as and when required. The Executive Director (ED) is nominated by the executive committee as sole implementer of RISH. The executive director is responsible for coordination, collaboration, and networking with donors and other relevant officials. Five (05) members of the management team and Organizational Development (OD) task force team including ED are responsible for managing, designing, planning, decision-making, monitoring, and evaluating the programs of RISH. The management system is participatory and decentralized.

এক নজরে আমাদের এনজিও:-  ইন্ডিগ্রেটেড সোসাইটি ফর রেইজ অব হোপ (রিশ) একটি বেসরকারী সমাজ উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। এটি ২০০৩ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল সুনামগঞ্জ জেলার হাওড় অঞ্চল খ্যাত পল্লী ও দুস্থ জনগনের জন্য। বর্তমান অবস্থার উন্নতি এবং আত্ম উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে রিশ অংশগ্রহন মূলক উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে কার্যকরি প্রকল্প গ্রহন করে। এটির প্রোগ্রাম গুলি সামাজিক ভাবে গ্রহনযোগ্য ও জনগন কেন্দ্রিক এবং টেকসই করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় মূল্যায়ন, পরিকল্পনা, বাস্তবায়ন এবং সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহনের প্রক্রিয়াতে জনগনের অংশগ্রহনের উপর জোর দেয়। জনগনের সক্রিয় ও উন্নয়ন প্রক্রিয়ায় সমান অংশগ্রহন নিশ্চিত করতে রিশ সুবিধার্থক হিসেবে কাজ করে। রিশ সর্বদা গ্রুপের মাধ্যমে সংহত অংশগ্রহনমূলক বিকাশের পদ্ধতির উপর বিশ্বাস করে। এটি একটি সঠিক ভিত্তিক উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। বিশেষ করে অতি দরিদ্র মহিলাদের এগিয়ে নিয়ে যায়। এটি বিশ্বাস  করে যে, টেকসই উন্নয়নের জন্য মানুষ উদ্বেগের কেন্দ্রবিন্দুতে রয়েছে। রিশ বিশ্বাস  করে, সঠিক ভিত্তিক পদ্ধতির বিষয়টি কেবল নাগরিক এবং রাজনৈতিক অধিকারের সাথে নয়, সামাজিক, অর্থনৈতিক ও মানবাধিকার এবং সাংস্কৃতিক অধিকারগুলির সাথে ও উদ্বেগজনক।
